Here’s my MRI report , I’ve been surfing over 50 years, stopped 3 weeks ago when I got results of MRI . I’m currently doing physiotherapy in sanur but it’s just ok not what I really want . I have constant numbness on the top of left foot . I did have a lot of pain in my buttocks but that’s stopped since I stopped surfing . I will forward my MRI and tell me what you think . I know it’s not a quick fix .

50 years of surfing, that's impressive. Sounds like you've got something going on with the lumbar spine given the foot numbness and buttock pain. Definitely the kind of thing Alister deals with regularly. The best way to get proper eyes on your MRI would be to book in for an initial consultation. Since you're already in Bali, you could come to the clinic in Uluwatu, or if that's a trek from Sanur, an online call works well too. Either way, Alister can go through your imaging, assess what's happening, and map out a proper plan to get you moving again. Would you like to book in? If he can’t open it then you have the actual MRI report findings that I sent earlier . I’m seeing the orthopaedic surgeon again on the 15 th April as I have some questions for him . Hey Mark! Great question. Looking at Alister's schedule, he doesn't currently have 12pm slots available. His times tend to fall into two windows: **Mornings:** 7am - 10:45am **Afternoons:** 3pm - 7pm So there's a bit of a gap around midday. I understand the boat logistics from Lembongan make timing pretty important for you. This might be a good one to chat with Alister about directly at your appointment on the 21st. If you're committing to 20 sessions, he may be able to work something out that fits your boat schedule. You're also welcome to email him at alister@surf-rehab.com beforehand if you'd like to sort it out sooner. For the 20 session package, it's Rp 24,000,000 (works out to Rp 1,200,000 per session, saving Rp 300,000 per session compared to the single rate of Rp 1,500,000).
