Hi Logan, If you pay for a package, you are welcome to include your first session we had as part of the package, of course :) If not, and you would like to pay for the single session, it will be the single session price. \ \ Also, i forgot to mention, for the 10 x session and 20 sessions package i also include access to all my online courses. There is an intensive shoulder course in there, a about 3 hours of conetnt. It has all the theory and research about how tendon injuries in the shoulder heal too. and why people can go through that cycle of resting until the pain goes down, and then they start increasing activity again and it comes back. and how to break that cycle :)
